Meet the Team

Our grant administrators and office staff are always happy to help you with your enquiries and guide you through the process of applying for grants should you need their assistance.  Bindi, Susan and Lynne deal with Community Education and Personal Grants respectively.

Office Staff

  • Bindya Amin
  • Trust Manager/Finance
  • Bindi can been seen on the market most Saturdays selling books to raise money for her own charity Poverty Breakers that supports street children and poor people in India.  She also likes spinning and Insanity.

  • Susan Foss
  • Deputy Trust Manager/Education Grants
  • A happily married mother of two, Susan was a market trader and steering committee member for 20 years before coming to the Trust six years ago.  At the weekends she likes watching Leyton Orient.

  • Lynne Roche
  • Personal Grants/Almshouses
  • A Mum with two boys, Lynne has been working at the Trust for eighteen months.  She loves her job, working with her colleagues, gardening, animals and cycling and is embracing the changes at the Trust.

  • Helen Elia
  • Office Administrator
  • A married mother with three children and a dog called Della, Helen is a published poet who has worked most of her life as a legal secretary before coming to the Trust as a temp in February.

Market Staff

  • Tudor Markets
  • Enfield Market is managed by Tudor Markets, one of London’s leading market management experts.

  • Tyler Gorman
  • Tyler has been with us for seven years, working around the market, gaining recent promotion to Assistant Manager within Tudor Markets management. He is a keep fit fanatic who loves his weights.

  • David Seed
  • David has worked on the market for fifteen years, having started with an agency and loving it so much he never left.  A local lad, he likes a beer and idolises his little nephew.

  • Michael Constance
  • A hard working, dedicated man Michael has worked for the Trust for just under 15 years.  He supports Liverpool and his hobbies are football, cricket, horseback riding and loves to spend his time indoors.

  • Jon Ellis
  • A versatile young man, Jon has all kinds of useful skills for the market under his belt, having worked here for over 10 years.  In his spare time he volunteers for the Paradise Wildlife Park.
